INDIA<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>September 2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A pilgrimage through India is an explosion of the senses as one explores spirituality, culture, colour, incredible food and humanity in all it&#8217;s forms. Home to the Ancient Indus Valley Civilization, and four of the world&#8217;s major religions &#8211; Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism.<\/p>\n<p>In September, after the Monsoon rains have restored the earth and everything cools down, we will visit some of India\u2019s special places.\u00a0 Our journey begins in the modern capital of New Delhi where we bombard our senses with the many sights and smells of this Mogul city. Rich in history, a shopping mecca, an architectural wonder&#8230;.we spend time at a Sikh temple complex, a Mosque and a Jain temple. We then move on to the ancient village of Vrndavan, the home of Lord Krishna and Hindu holy town, where life has hardly changed in five thousand years. Here we stay in an ashram while visiting the surrounding sites and temples, including a visit to the Taj Mahal. We then retire to the foothills of the Himalayas where we enjoy the natural beauty of the Ganges in Rishikesh and travel to the hill station of Mussourie, visiting a Tibetan monastery. Finally, we travel to the coastal town of Puri from where we visit the Karnak Temple and the Sixty-four Yogini Temple in Hirapur, before flying back to New MYSTERY TOUR<br \/>\nJanuary 2014<br \/>\nMay 2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Have you ever dreamt of meditating in the paws of the Shinx as the dawn breaks over Cairo, or gently gliding over the waters under the early morning stars as you approach the Temple of Isis\u2026.and sailing down the Nile watching life along it\u2019s banks pass by as it has for centuries. To visit Egypt is to sink into the ageless sands, to feel the energy of ancient sites and to surrender into the vast mystery.<\/p>\n<p>We start our journey with a dawn meditation in the paws of the Sphinx and then have the rest of the day to circle and relax. The following day we take a drive from Cairo to visit the Sakkara Pyramid and then fly to Aswan where we board our private dhahabia, a floating hotel that we will sail in along the Nile visiting temples, towns and villages along the way. A dawn visit to the Temple of Philae is a highlight of the trip before our sailing boat departs for Edfu, and Kom Ombo, arriving in Luxor a few days later. In Luxor we visit the Karnak and Luxor Temples and the Valley of the Kings. \u00a0A day trip takes us to the \u00a0Temple of Seti I in Abydos, and the Hathor Temple in Dendera. \u00a0In Cairo, Luxor and Aswan we visit the bustling markets, and there is time to visit the museums. \u00a0All this whilst also experiencing the hospitality and open hearts \u00a0of the Egyptian exquisite country full of beauty and magic.\u00a0 Its landscapes are breathtaking and the energy of the land and its people will enfold you.\u00a0 Our journey is designed to give you a wide variety of experiences from urban landscapes to the bushveld, where sights and\u00a0\u00a0sounds invoke a primal awakening to our ancient past when we were connected with the earth in the ways we have clearly forgotten.<\/p>\n<p>Our trip starts in Cape Town where we experience the majesty of the &#8220;Mother City&#8221; and besides visiting Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch gardens and Cape Point, we also have the opportunity to walk in the mountains to sacred burial sites and caves.<\/p>\n<p>We then go north to Johannesburg and the province of Mpumalanga where we will spend time in a beautiful retreat centre &#8220;off the grid&#8221; in nature, visit the Kruger National Park, the Blyde River Canyon and also have the privilege of staying on the sacred land of Tsau, home of the White Lions of the White Lion Trust.
