On these transformational journeys, we explore further through stillness, inner enquiry and grounding in the body, and from here comes the\u00a0 joy of experiencing one&#8217;s true Self.<\/p>\n<p>Ruth currently\u00a0hosts \u00a0transformational journeys and retreats\u00a0in <strong>Southern Africa, Egypt\u00a0and India<\/strong>, often in collaboration with others.\u00a0\u00a0In\u00a0South Africa and Egypt we work with the energies of the\u00a0Nilotic meridian and\u00a0the Ancient Temples along this ley line, which is at the geographic\u00a0centre of the earth&#8217;s land masses.
